We ship to almost every corner of the world. If items are in stock, the order will go out on the next delivery day. You can track your order all the way to your doorstep from the time the package is shipped. Once you make your purchase we will send you an email that your order has been shipped and you will receive a tracking number to follow it on its journey.
Shipping Rates & duration
We have two way for shipping worldwide.
Default – FREE Economy (7- 12 days); or
Optional - Express DHL (3-5 days)
Shipping times may vary from country to country depending on the location and route of the journey. Estimated shipping time is 9-12 days on Economy or 3-5 days on Express.
Defect / Damage during delivery
We check our products before dispatch to ensure they are not damaged and pack our parcels carefully to ensure safe delivery. Occasionally damage may occur during delivery process. If this occurs please contact us for a replacement or refund.
Return / Exchange
If you are unhappy for any reason, please send it back within 30 days to return the item for a full refund, this also applies to sale items too. If you need to exchange for another model or design, please drop us an email – email@example.com
Please include a short note and picture with your order number. We will response to you within 24 hr.
Change / cancellation
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. All orders that have been canceled before being processed/shipped will be refunded to your credit card. We are not able to cancel an order after it has already been processed/shipped. We can refund you after the order has been returned back to us.
